Ingredients: 1 tablespoon Fruit & Pepper Strawberry Rocotillo, 3/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a lidded container and shake well until combined.
Season to taste by adding more salt or pepper.
