Ingredients: 3 cloves of garlic, 1 small onion, 8 ounces of Fruit & Pepper Apple Fresno jam, 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, 2 teaspoons of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
Heat sauté pan on medium. As pan is heating, mince small onion and three cloves of garlic. Add 2 teaspoons of olive oil in sauté pan and then add minced onion and garlic cloves. Cook until just starting to brown and then add 8 ounces of Fruit & Pepper Apple Fresno jam, followed by 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and then a 1/2 teaspoon of paprika. Stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Turn heat to low and cook/simmer for 15 minutes. Taste and adjust vinegar and spices.
